We’re looking for a Payroll / Human Resources Assistant who is detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll / Human Resources Assistant to support our HR and payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong eye for accuracy and compliance.
You will play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle processes and ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do: Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll accurately and on schedule Review timesheets, hours worked, and pay adjustments Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance Respond to employee payroll questions Human Resources Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and compliance requirements Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems Support benefits administration (enrollments, changes, employee inquiries) Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide general support Assist with compliance and HR-related projects, as needed
What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or payroll Knowledge of payroll processes and employment compliance Experience with HRIS/payroll systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
