We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who is detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to contribute to join our expanding organization.
This individual will provide support to our HR team and our growing workforce in areas including onboarding and offboarding. This position is an In-office position and can be located in either our Irvine, CA or Tempe AZ office.
Job Duties (but not limited to)
- Perform onboarding activities for new employees including receiving and coordinating new hire paperwork, working with managers on supporting related new hire needs
- Establish, organize, and maintain employee records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with Offer letters, new hire data entry into Payroll/Benefits/HRIS system, background checks, I9 document verification
- Prepare documentation for transfers, rate changes, manager changes, or other personnel actions.
- Assist with offboarding process and update records and systems
- Provides first-level support to employees on basic benefits, payroll, and policy process queries
- Primary support to monitor and escalate inquiries sent to the HR Inbox
- Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 1-2 years administrative or human resources experience
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling confidential employee information
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create presentations, organizational charts, data manipulation and pivot tables, and Excel reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines
- Collaborative team player with strong customer service skills to support the managers and employees
- Dependable and professional individual who understands the essential need to maintain confidential information
