What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Lending Representative position at West Capital Lending?
Duties of a CLR (sometimes known as a junior loan officer or customer lending representative)
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries.
- Pre-Approve potential clients.
- Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software.
- Preapprove clients with a series of 5 questions.
- Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management.
Qualification
- Previous experience in mortgage experience is a plus but not required
- Good People Skills
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with a computer and phone
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
