What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the center of every deal, turning opportunities into revenue while ensuring a seamless, transparent experience for our customers.
- Drive dealership profitability by presenting and selling finance and insurance products
- Structure and finalize finance deals with lenders and financial institutions
- Build strong partnerships with banks, credit unions, and manufacturer programs
- Ensure all deals are compliant, accurate, and efficiently processed
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize every opportunity
- Train and mentor sales staff on finance product offerings and techniques
- Track performance, forecast results, and hit (or exceed) monthly targets
- Deliver a customer experience that builds trust and long-term loyalty

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, a plus
- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership setting.
- Proven track record of success in selling finance and insurance products.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems and finance software.
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
