Body Shop Estimator – Join Our Team!
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Body Shop Estimator to join West Broad Collision Center. As an estimator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate the repair process while preparing accurate and detailed estimates for insurance companies and customers.
Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess vehicle damage with professionalism and care

Prepare accurate and thorough repair estimates using estimating software

Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians

Review repairs and ensure proper documentation for billing and compliance

Maintain excellent customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience as a body shop/collision center estimator (preferred)

Knowledge of CCC ONE or other estimating software

Strong understanding of insurance repair procedures and guidelines

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
