As a Restorative Support Professional, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health care plans and supporting individuals in achieving greater independence, emotional well-being, and community integration.What You'll DoDeliver restorative and rehabilitative services based on individual behavioral health care plans.Provide motivational, consistent, and respectful support to foster high-quality relationships.Use crisis intervention skills and offer intensive support during challenging moments.Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance individuals' daily routines and life skills, including: nutritional guidance, employment and volunteer opportunities, social and relationship development, personal care and hygiene, medication administrationMaintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes growth and autonomy.Who You Are (Required Skills & Qualifications)Deep understanding of intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring emotional/mental health needs.Skilled in monitoring, documenting, and communicating progress clearly and professionally.A natural role model with a positive, caring demeanor and a strong sense of teamwork.Minimum RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or GED required.Experience: 1-2 years of experience providing rehabilitative or behavioral support to individuals with I/DD and mental health needs.Safety Care Certification preferred (current or previous).Licensure: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
