Responsibilities
- Towing all types of vehicles safely and efficiently
- Performing basic mechanical repairs when not needed in the tow truck
- Operating tow truck equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinating with a small team of 2-3 members during operations
- Providing excellent customer service during vehicle recovery operations
