Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle recovery and towing operations using flatbed tow trucks
- Assist customers with towing and roadside service needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transport
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Inspect tow trucks and equipment before and after shifts
- Occasionally provide roadside assistance tasks as required
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must pass drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in vehicle towing
- Valid Driver's License
- Commercial driving experience
