With a network of 150 photographers across the country, we serve clients from Boston to Los Angeles — providing a single, trusted media partner for properties and businesses at any scale.


Our clients include nationally recognized brands and property groups across multi-family housing, commercial real estate, hospitality, senior living, storage, restaurant groups, and more. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a driven sales professional to help us land the national accounts our platform is built to handle.


The Opportunity


This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential and ongoing residuals on repeat orders from the accounts you bring in. There is no ceiling — and in the right verticals, the accounts you close today keep paying you as they grow.

We are not looking for someone to learn the industry. We are looking for someone who already has the relationships — a seasoned professional who can pick up the phone, call a VP of Marketing at a multi-family REIT or a Director of Operations at a restaurant group, and have a credible conversation.

If you have the network, we have the infrastructure to back you up: nationwide coverage, proven technology (Matterport, Google Street View), an impressive client portfolio, and a dedicated operations team to deliver on every project.

Target Industries

You will be hunting and closing accounts across the industries we serve. Priority verticals include:

• Apartments & Multi-Family — property management companies, REITs, regional operators (this is our #1 vertical)

• Self-Storage — regional and national operators, storage REITs

• Senior Living — assisted living chains, memory care groups, independent living communities

• Hotels & Hospitality — hotel management companies, boutique hotel groups, resort brands

• Restaurants & Bars — multi-location restaurant groups, franchise operators, bar concepts

• Commercial Real Estate — brokerage firms, office park owners, industrial developers

• Car Dealerships — dealership groups and automotive brands

• Co-Working Spaces — national co-working brands and regional operators

• Universities & Higher Education — admissions and marketing departments

• Stadiums, Arenas & Event Venues — facility marketing and event sales teams

• Dental & Medical — multi-location DSOs, medical group practices

Who We're Looking For


This role is NOT for someone starting from scratch. To be considered, you must already have established professional relationships within at least one of our target industries. The ideal candidate has:

• Existing relationships with decision-makers (VPs of Marketing, Directors of Operations, Regional Managers, Property Management Executives, Franchise Development Directors) in multi-family, hospitality, storage, restaurant groups, or similar industries

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably selling services (not products) to commercial clients

• Experience with national account or enterprise-level selling — longer sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, preferred vendor agreements

• Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset — you don't need hand-holding or a pipeline handed to you

• Strong communication and presentation skills — you can articulate ROI and value, not just features

• Backgrounds that translate especially well: former Matterport, CoStar, or Yardi sales rep; commercial real estate services; national media or marketing vendor; property technology; hospitality sales

Nice to have (not required):

• Existing knowledge of Matterport, Google Street View, or similar visual media platforms

• Experience selling preferred vendor or retainer agreements to property management companies
