What You’ll Need:
- 2 to 3years in the multifamily sector in a leadership role specifically student housing.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and train.
- A strong understanding of marketing, sales and keen ability to promote the community.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for diffusing challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A winning attitude and approach to slay the day.
