The Front Office Business Assistant's purpose is to work cooperatively with the clinical lead to create and effectively present treatment plans. Collection of patient copayments at time of service, assist in removing financial barriers for patients, and work cooperatively with marketing coordinator to convert leads into active patients.

Responsibilities:
- Drive results by partnering with clinical lead
- Making sure every patient exits with their next appointment scheduled
- Confirmation of the schedule using various methods of communication
- Excellent communication with clinical team and dentist
- Attend and manage daily huddles
- Ensure accuracy of patient and insurance data to guarantee clean claim submission
- Assess Financial Needs and match patient with appropriate finance options
- Present treatment plans and gain acceptance from patients
- Collaborate effectively with marketing coordinator to turn leads into active patients
- Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries
- Resolve patient issues according to company policies and procedures
- Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the office
- Maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with safety regulations including OSHA
- All other duties as assigned
Education:
- High school diploma
- Have strong communication skills
- Medicaid Experience Required
- Dental Office Experience Required
