- The compensation range for this position is $105,000-$116,00 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be based on the hired applicant’s qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.
- Bachelor’s degree in web development, digital marketing, computer science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience and working knowledge of WordPress website management, page creation, plugins, updates and content publishing workflows.
- Proven experience in web strategy development, analytics, SEO and user experience optimization.
- Proficiency in web analytics and SEO tools (e.g.; Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEM Rush).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS platforms including demonstrated hands-on experience managing websites using static and dynamic content on various CMS platforms.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles .
