What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Engineer- Multifamily position at Wespac Construction?
The primary responsibility of a is to manage the on-site day-to-day construction activities of the project. The is responsible for the coordination of materials, subcontractor services, and schedules to meet completion dates. The is responsible and held accountable for implementing the requirements of the company’s Safety and Health Program on the jobsite.
Duties
- Manage projects from pre-planning to completion.
- Create, manage critical path methods (CPM) schedule. Updated weekly.
- Manage compliance with quality control standards. Including but not limited to the QAQC program..
- Manage, review, and coordinate submittals for implementation and project needs.
- Manage material delivery and subcontractor schedules.
- Prepare necessary daily reports and documentation and submit to office as required.
- Conduct and attend safety and project meetings with onsite personnel.
- Manage all work to complete and punch-lists through project closeout.
- Manage all closeout documentation including final as-builts, commissioning and governmental compliance.
- Responsible for review and initiating all field RFIs for submittal to design team. Including verification of response and distribution to affective subs.
- Manage review and coordinate all approved Change Orders, including Architectural directives and changes.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
