What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transition Coordinator position at WesleyLife?
As the Transition Coordinator/Concierge you will work under the Director of Marketing and you will collaborate with the team to facilitate the transition of existing residents from one living status to another within the community, introduce potential residents and assure the smooth integration of new residents into the community.
Some essential job functions will include:
- Coordinating internal moves with residents and their families
- Conduct tours of the community
- Assist the Director of Marketing with functions such as planning, facilitating, and hosting events, meetings and presentations
- Greet visitors/clients/vendors etc, answer incoming phones calls, take messages, transfer calls to the appropriate party
- Responsible for implementing hospitality initiatives that enhance guest experience
