We are seeking compassionate, dependable clinical professionals to join our Flexible Staffing Pool. FlexCare team members support multiple WesleyLife communities by stepping into open shifts — including days, evenings, nights, and weekends — wherever coverage is needed most.
As part of our internal clinical team, FlexCare professionals serve across multiple communities, providing licensed, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life.
- Premium hourly pay (higher than standard PRN roles)
- Holiday Pay (when eligible)
- Opportunities for incentive/stat pay on urgent shifts
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, person‑centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans.
- Support multiple communities by traveling to WesleyLife locations based on current staffing needs.
- Assist teams during periods of increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher‑acuity situations.
- Maintain compliance with all WesleyLife policies, as well as state and federal care standards.
- Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.
Education & Experience
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Active LPN license in the state of Iowa
- Ability to work in various care environments within the WesleyLife network
- Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available
- Reliable transportation is required to support travel between WesleyLife communities as needed
