What You'll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance including basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing
- Read and follow setup instructions for events across campus
- Install fixtures like grab bars, towel racks, and address small repairs
- Move furniture, patch drywall, spot clean or replace carpet tiles
- Conduct preventative maintenance on vehicles weekly
- Respond promptly to resident emergency alerts and service requests
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (required)
- At least 1 year of general building maintenance or janitorial experience (preferred)
- Ability to read simple instructions and follow diagrams
- Capable of performing tasks independently after receiving instructions
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in building trades
