What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) dining operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
- Manage FOH staffing, including scheduling, training, evaluations, and employee relations in coordination with HR and leadership.
- Plan and execute special events, including BEOs, pricing, and menu development with culinary and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate labor budgets, payroll, inventory, and vendor management in line with fiscal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards through regular audits and documentation.
- Collaborate with BOH and Executive Chef for quality assurance, event planning, and service coordination.
- Drive resident satisfaction and operational success by meeting or exceeding budget, revenue, and KPI goals.
- ServSafe Food Manager certification (required)
- 2 years of elevated dining and service methods (required)
- Valid Driver's licence and clean MVR record (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Skilled in event planning, catering, budgeting, and inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, POS systems, and general computer applications
- Basset certification (preferred)
