At Wesley Enhanced Living, we believe seniors deserve compassionate, personalized care that helps them live with dignity and independence. We’re looking for a dedicated Home Care Aide to provide support, companionship, and assistance with daily living for our residents.
What You’ll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Provide mobility support and light housekeeping
Report resident concerns or changes in condition to nursing staff
Follow care plans and maintain resident safety
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
