Tuesday-Thursday: 8A-4P
Starting Wage
$22.00/hr. Plus years of experience and/or licensing
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Implement individual care plans tailored to each person's needs.
- Support community integration by encouraging participation in activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health standards.
- Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver consistent support
Qualifications
- Compassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed care plans.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
