We are seeking a compassionate and reliable professional to assist our patients with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene and errands. The ideal candidate will have the desire to be part of an interdisciplinary team, and will be enthusiastic about supporting our patients' habilitation process by offering companionship and helping them engage in meaningful activities.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate well with the clients, families and other support professionals.
- Handle requests and inquiries from clients, families and other professionals.
- Help clients carry out their responsibilities in the community.
- Work with care providers to find solutions to clients' needs.
- Ensure effective communication with other service providers.
- Maintain client and upcoming schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Review and evaluate client's daily activities.,.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
