WesBell Electronics is a growing wire and cable distributor and contract manufacturing company serving OEM and industrial customers throughout New England and beyond. We're looking for a highly organized, dependable individual who enjoys variety and wants to become an important part of a growing team.

Position Summary

The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to our sales, purchasing, and customer service team. This position helps keep the office running smoothly by taking ownership of administrative tasks, coordinating information, and supporting multiple departments as our company continues to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, takes initiative, and likes solving problems rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and sales information into our ERP system.
• Assist with purchasing documentation and vendor communications.
• Maintain electronic records and filing systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus but not required.

Extras

We use Infor CSD Cloud Suite Distribution software for our sales, purchasing and all data entry and we sell copper wire and cable, so knowledge of these things is a bonus.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
