Wes Lee Tree Care is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our growing tree-care company.

This is a 100% commission-based position with significant earning potential for someone who knows how to sell, build relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and at least some familiarity with the tree-care, landscaping, construction, or home-service industry.

What You'll Do

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess their tree-service needs
• Provide estimates and explain recommended services
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial customers
• Generate new leads and develop new business
• Follow up with customers and leads
• Close sales and help grow our customer base
• Represent Wes Lee Tree Care professionally in the community
• Coordinate with our crews to ensure jobs are properly communicated and scheduled

Compensation

100% Commission — Unlimited Earning Potential

There is no traditional hourly or salary component. Your income is directly tied to the business you generate and close.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience
• Some experience or knowledge of the tree-care industry preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Associate's degree or higher
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Reliable transportation experience and willingness to travel throughout our service area

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is hungry, personable, dependable, and driven to make money.

You don't need to be a certified arborist, but you should understand the basics of tree work and be comfortable learning more about tree removal, trimming, storm cleanup, stump grinding, and related services.
