What You’ll Do
As a Benefits Consultant, you’ll work with our team to help grow the business, build relationships with customers, and develop valuable sales skills.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Consult with clients to assess insurance and benefits needs
- Speaking with potential customers and introducing them to our services over the phone
- Answering questions and providing helpful information about our products and services
- Setting appointments and following up with interested prospects
- Working with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Learning proven sales strategies and effective communication skills
- Maintaining a positive, professional attitude with clients
- Tracking progress and celebrating wins with the team
