Position: Returns Coordinator/ Warehouse Lead

Department : Merchandise Returns - Audit

Job Summary : We are looking for a well-rounded, flexible individual to join our Team to supervise the returns process.

• Scan returns and print return labels.

• Ability to address and communicate concerns with 3rd party delivery personnel.

• Maintain a clean, organized facility.

• Manage daily return reports to maintain product control.

• Support other areas of the warehouse as needed.

• Supports load-out each night for all trucks.

The successful candidates will have:

• Computer software skills

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.

• Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift more than 80-100 lbs. frequently

• Ability to count accurately

• Support 7-10 trucks daily

Company Screening : Must successfully complete pre-employment testing / background / drug screening / physical exam.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Seeing and hearing: Read documents, computer screen.
Standing and walking. 75-100 %
Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling. 75-100 %
Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, and writing. 0-24 %
Lift in excess of 80 pounds. 0-24 %

The expected starting pay range for this position is $18.83 - $25.10 per hour. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
