We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Electronics Returns & Refurbishment Technician to join our warehouse team.
This position focuses on inspecting, testing, cleaning, grading, and repackaging returned consumer electronics such as earbuds, headphones, and other small electronic products before they are prepared for resale.
No advanced electronics repair experience is required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, able to follow testing procedures, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Training will be provided on our testing, grading, and repackaging procedures.
Responsibilities
- Inspect returned electronic products for damage, missing parts, and overall condition
- Perform basic functional testing on products such as earbuds, headphones, and other consumer electronics
- Test functions including charging, power, Bluetooth connectivity, audio, buttons, and other product features
- Identify and separate working, defective, damaged, or incomplete products
- Clean and prepare products for resale
- Grade products based on established condition and quality standards
- Repackage approved products using the correct packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and materials
- Accurately record testing results and product condition
- Follow established testing and quality-control procedures
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
- Communicate product issues or unusual defects to supervisors
- Assist with other warehouse or fulfillment duties when needed
- Work cooperatively with team members to complete daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, returns processing, electronics testing, quality control, or refurbishment experience is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working with consumer electronics and learning how different products operate
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions and testing procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to accurately record information and testing results
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable and responsible with consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently after training
- Willingness to learn new products, procedures, and testing methods
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist coworkers when needed
- Ability to perform repetitive testing and inspection work while maintaining accuracy
