Senior VMC Machining Lead — Precision Programming and Setup

We’re growing our precision machining capacity in a climate‑controlled 18,000 sq. ft. shop in Pennsauken, NJ, and we’re hiring a Senior VMC Machining Lead to elevate programming, setups, and process reliability.

Your impact

• Own CNC milling programming, setup, and operation on Haas 3–4 axis VMCs
• Turn blueprints, drawings, and GD&T into efficient machining plans
• Select workholding and tooling, and define the machining sequence
• Lead first‑article and in‑process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Hold tight tolerances consistently and troubleshoot issues on the fly
• Coach operators through setups, changeovers, and process improvements
• Support production scheduling to maintain steady workflow
• Model professional communication and organized, clean work habits

• Troubleshooting mindset and problem‑solving under pressure
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with multi‑axis CNC machines
• CAD/CAM fluency
• Background in custom or high‑precision manufacturing
• Large horizontal boring mill experience
  
  

Schedule & rewards

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• $34 – 38 per hour
