We are looking to hire a passionate and dedicated salesperson (Partner Success Representative) who shares that passion with us and is looking for a place to grow long-term. This position includes a paid 3-month training period then transitions into a primarily commission-based compensation structure with mileage reimbursements and benefits.
This is NOT your typical office job.

✅ Must Haves
- 1 year experience in residential real estate (licensed CA agent, must transfer license).
- You love people and have a passion for building long-term relationships.
- Based in North County, San Diego with reliable transportation for frequent property visits.
- Reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and confident in negotiating.

- Prospect for new acquisition opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and referral partners.
- Analyze properties, evaluate deals, and collaborate on offer strategies.
- Negotiate and manage deals throughout the acquisition process.
- Consistently follow up on leads and maintain an organized pipeline.
- Keep CRM and activity tracking up to date.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.

Compensation:
Realistic path to $120k-250k
