Landscape Design/Sales Rep:

We are looking to add an additional team member to our well-established Design/Sales team of landscape designers, landscape architects, and related support staff.

Werbrichs Landscaping has two locations (Cleves Ohio and Loveland Ohio). Our design sales team primarily works out of the Loveland location in our newly remodeled indoor/ outdoor showroom. We do have Cleves office space available as well. This showroom is complete with a conference room to display presentations and completed projects along with materials on site for customers to choose from.

What makes Werbrich’s Landscaping different?

• As a design sales rep for Werbrichs landscaping you will not be responsible for project management and/or scheduling. We have an experienced team of project managers who handles the day-to-day activities on the job site, as well as direct communication with the customer. You will meet with your project manager regularly and stay in touch with your customer, but these interactions are minimal. Concentrating on design and sales tasks should be your main goal, and this is what has made our sales staff so successful.
• You will be provided with everything you need to succeed in this business. This includes (but not limited) to support staff to help with site measurements and drafting, an office staff to help with billing, and a great group of peers to help you with challenges and opportunities along the way, and processes that continue to help this company grow.
• 83% of our work generates from repeat customers or customer referral. Incoming leads are prequalified by our office staff before turning them over to our landscape designers. No cold calling is ever needed, in fact we are very careful about the work we choose so time is not wasted on bad customers and projects that end up being a waste of time.
• We have a dedicated landscape maintenance division who will meet with your client after the job is completed to show them how to take care of their landscaping and propose landscape services through Werbrich’s Landscaping.

Day to day Activities for a Landscape Design/Sales Rep will include:

• Secondary qualifying new customers to ensure leads are sound
• Designing and estimating Landscape/Hardscape projects.
• Taking site measurements, meeting with clients in presenting designs and proposals.
• Meeting with our project management team to help implement your designed projects and handle customer and project issues
• Attend weekly sales and company meetings to ensure all ongoing projects are discussed and issues are resolved as needed

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate would have strong AUTOCAD (or similar design program) skills as well as a background in landscape and/or Hardscape Design.
• A degree in landscape horticulture, landscape architecture and/or extensive experience in the above fields.
• Sales experience and the desire to work with a team.
