Warranty and Customer Service Manager

This is a full-time year-round position. In addition to the benefits listed below, the Warranty and Customer Service Manager will be provided with a company vehicle. This could be a salary or hourly based position and can include a commission option.

Werbrich’s has two locations: 

·        West Side: 7368 Buena Vista Drive, Cleves OH 45002

·        East Side: 385 Bridge Street, Loveland OH 45140

The primary role of this position is management of warranty and service call requests from both internal sources (Sales Reps and Project Managers) and external sources (our customers). This manager will schedule and coordinate warranty work, procure materials as needed, and in most cases, self-perform the warranty/service call work. This position will be approximately 75% hands on, and 25% coordination/communication (laptop/phone work). While this is not a sales position, the role will include some sales directly to the customer, primarily add-ons and enhancements requested by customers during service calls.

Job Requirements:

·        Extensive landscape/hardscape knowledge and experience.   

·        Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

·        Strong communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge/experience in the following areas, while not required, are a big plus:

·        Low-voltage Landscape Lighting

·        Pesticide Application (Pesticide Applicator License preferred)

·        Stonemasonry

·        Carpentry

·        Outdoor Audio

·        Irrigation
