We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, coordinate administrative functions, and support our team’s success. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Oversee scheduling staff, equipment, and project timelines to optimize productivity.
- Organize filing systems, manage human resources tasks such as employee records and onboarding processes.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other special functions to foster team spirit and community engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office or administrative setting with strong leadership skills.
- Extensive office experience with proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and organizational skills.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
