As our Program Manager extraordinaire, your job is to unleash your superhuman abilities and drive product development to ensure our technology delivers exceptional customer value. Here's What You'll Be Doing:

· Provide project oversight and direct customer interface for multiple programs

· Develop and drive program schedules and budgets

· Ensure program compliance to control documents and requirements

What We're Looking for in Our Program Manager:

· Experience in program or project management with a strong understanding of project methodologies and tools

· Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering or technical field 

Skills & Qualifications You Need:

· Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with other managers.

· You've got skills in written and verbal communication.

· 3-5 Years experience in project management/PM Certification a plus. A degree in business or related field desired.

· You're self-motivated, a multitasking wizard, and detail-oriented like a hawk.

· Prioritization is your middle name, and you thrive in high-pressure situations.

· You play well with others and are a logical thinker, always ready to tackle customer challenges.

· Possess strong communication with stakeholders and clear articulation of goals.

Under 22 CFR 120.62, a “U.S. person” is defined as a lawful permanent resident as per 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20), or a protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). It also includes any corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or other entity that is incorporated to do business in the United States, as well as governmental entities at the federal, state, or local levels. It does not include foreign persons as defined in § 120.63.

To ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations, candidates for this position are required to undergo an Export Compliance Assessment. As part of this process, candidates may be asked to provide documentation verifying their status as “U.S. persons” or “foreign persons,” in accordance with U.S. regulation, to determine whether prior authorization is required to perform specific job duties related to this position.
