SUMMARY This position leads, produces, and provides support to the District's payroll and employee benefits program in accordance with state and federal laws and District policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Demonstrates strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines. Maintains strict confidentiality and exercises ethical judgment in all aspects of the role.
