Location: Portsmouth, NH - WSL is located steps from Portsmouth's Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum

Rates

• Starting rates from $21/hour
• Additional $4 shift differential on all overnights nights and weekends!
• Additional $5 shift differential on Friday Nights!

Our Resident Care Assistant shifts are scheduled for 12 hours:

• Day Shift: 7am-7:30pm
• Night Shift: 7pm-7:30am
  
  

As a Resident Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points:

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents.
• Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc.
• Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs.
• Participate in required annual training programs.

Necessary Experience & Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role required
• Prior experience in a caregiving role or in a senior services setting is preferred.
