Cedar Healthcare Center’s Assisted Living Facility in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a compassionate and experienced Resident Care Director to lead our clinical team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing resident care and ensuring the highest standards in a warm, home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations within the Assisted Living Facility (ALF)

• Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff

• Develop, monitor, and update individualized care plans

• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Serve as a liaison to residents, families, physicians, and staff

• Promote a resident-centered culture of care and dignity

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in New Hampshire (required)

• Prior leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills

• Understanding of ALF regulations and resident rights

• Passion for providing quality, compassionate care
