Location: Portsmouth, NH - WSL is located steps from Portsmouth's Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum
Rates:
- Starting rates from $21/hour
- Additional $4.00 shift differential on overnights (Excluding Fridays)
- Additional $4.00 shift differential for Saturday and Sundays (Days and Nights)
- Additional $5.00 shift differential on Friday Nights
Our Resident Care Assistant shifts are scheduled for 12 hours:
- Day Shift: 7am-7:30pm
- Night Shift: 7pm-7:30am
As a Resident Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points:
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents.
- Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc.
- Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs.
- Participate in required annual training programs.

Necessary Experience & Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role required
- Prior experience in a caregiving role or in a senior services setting is preferred.
