Rate of Pay: $24 /hour
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Fridays (7am-7:30 pm)

Job Description
- Provides meaningful and engaging group activities
- Collaborates with all departments on resident needs
- Assists with dining experience for residents
- Timely documentation of resident’s daily interactions
- Escorts residents to and from programs in assisted living
- Must be able to work collaboratively with all members of the WSL team & residents
- Attends & actively participates in monthly team meetings.
- Executes and implements a pragmatic and therapeutic environment for WSL residents living with dementia
- High School Diploma required
- Previous experience working with individuals with cognitive impairment required
- Proficient use of technology. iPhone use is an essential function of the position.
- LNA license preferred
