We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Branch & Operations Leader to lead overall branch operations and financial performance. This role carries full responsibility for branch execution, team leadership, and profitability. This position is responsible for aligning daily operations with company standards while driving efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth. The Branch & Operations Manager partners closely with sales, service, and other internal operational leaders to deliver strong customer outcomes and achieve revenue, margin, and expense objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop managers and staff through clear expectations, accountability, and example-driven leadership
- Foster a culture grounded in integrity, professionalism, collaboration, and respect
- Own branch P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin discipline, staffing levels, and expense control
- Oversee daily branch operations, including personnel management, inventory, facilities, vehicles, and assets
- Implement and manage operational best practices, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with sales and service leadership to achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Conduct regular manager and team meetings to align priorities, reinforce standards, and address challenges
- Ensure accurate timekeeping, commissions, inventory controls, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-ready branch environment
- Address performance, conduct, and development matters promptly and professionally in coordination with Human Resources
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams with direct responsibility for operational and financial results
- Demonstrated P&L ownership, including budgeting, expense management, and margin accountability
- Strong operational mindset with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front management style
- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a reputation for integrity and fairness
- Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills
- Ability to use data, dashboards, and systems to drive performance and informed decision-making
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
