Key Responsibilities
- Support advisory mandates across power infrastructure M&A and renewable energy project finance
- Build and maintain financial models, including project finance, valuation, and transaction models
- Prepare client presentations, pitch decks, and transaction materials
- Assist with deal execution, due diligence, and financial analysis
- Proactively contribute to the build-out of a new business vertical
Candidate Profile
- 1β2 years of experience in:
- Investment Banking
- Private Equity
- Project Finance
- Energy or Infrastructure Finance
- Power or Renewables-focused M&A
- Strong financial modeling skills, particularly project finance models
- Direct experience with tax equity structures (required)
- Understanding of the power, renewables, and energy infrastructure markets
- Ability to independently create presentations and anticipate project needs
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a startup-style culture
