What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily goals
- Deliver top-tier guest experiences every time
- Enforce Wendy’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Train, coach, and develop team members for success
- Manage food safety, inventory, and labor efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
