As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.- Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors
- Supervising Crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our Guests
- Executing cost control systems
