What we expect from you
• Proven Leadership and performance management skills• 2 or more years' experience as a Manager in the restaurant industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mid level computer skills
• Open / flexible work availability
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A "do the right thing" attitude
• Prior Wendy’s experience is a big plus
