Job Summary

The Dining Room Concierge creates a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. This role focuses on guest interaction, dining room cleanliness, and stocking essential items to ensure an excellent restaurant experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming personality
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform light cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable and punctual

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a positive, engaging

personality

• Offer assistance to guests as needed and help create a pleasant dining atmosphere
• Represent Wendy’s brand values through professional appearance and courteous

behavior

• Clean and sanitize lobby tables, chairs, and floors
• Maintain clean and presentable restrooms, including routine checks and touch-ups
• Promptly address spills, trash, and clutter to keep dining areas inviting and safe
• Stock and organize the condiment stand
• Refill and maintain the Coca-Cola Freestyle® machine area
• Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with paper products, soap, and other supplies

Minimum Qualifications

1. At least 16 years of age
