Job Summary
The Dining Room Concierge creates a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. This role focuses on guest interaction, dining room cleanliness, and stocking essential items to ensure an excellent restaurant experience.

- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform light cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a positive, engaging
personality
- Offer assistance to guests as needed and help create a pleasant dining atmosphere
- Represent Wendy’s brand values through professional appearance and courteous
behavior
- Clean and sanitize lobby tables, chairs, and floors
- Maintain clean and presentable restrooms, including routine checks and touch-ups
- Promptly address spills, trash, and clutter to keep dining areas inviting and safe
- Stock and organize the condiment stand
- Refill and maintain the Coca-Cola Freestyle® machine area
- Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with paper products, soap, and other supplies
