Our Crew Members serve our customers by building Fresh, Quality Wendy’s menu items and serving them with a friendly smile. As a Crew Member, you’ll have the opportunity to train in multiple positions including Front Counter Register Operator, Drive Through Window Order Taker/Cashier, Sandwich Station, Grill, and Fry Station. The Wendy’s Story
