Alignment & Suspension Technician
We are looking for an experienced Alignment & Suspension Technician to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on automotive repair experience and can confidently diagnose and repair suspension and steering concerns, perform wheel alignments, and handle general maintenance and repair work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform 2-wheel and 4-wheel alignments
- Diagnose tire wear, pulling, vibration, and steering concerns
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair suspension and steering systems
- Replace ball joints, control arms, tie rods, struts, shocks, wheel bearings, and related components
- Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and customers
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive repair experience required
- Strong understanding of suspension, steering, and alignment systems
- Ability to diagnose vehicle handling and tire wear concerns
- Own basic automotive tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
