The Opportunity
We are looking for a licensed, experienced technician who can handle both installation and service work across:
- Burglar alarm systems (Qolsys, DSC, Alarm.com)
- Video surveillance (IP cameras, NVRs, networking)
- Access control systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Work independently
- Take ownership of their jobs

Responsibilities
- Install, program, and service alarm, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional installations
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site
- Complete jobs on schedule and document work performed
- Valid Connecticut low voltage license (L5, L6, C5, or C6)
- 3 years of hands-on field experience (installation AND service)
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Punctual and reliable — shows up ready to work every day
- Professional attitude with customers and team
- Self-sufficient — can run service calls independently
- Detail-oriented — clean, organized work
- Takes pride in doing the job right the first time
- $35–45/hour based on experience and performance
