Psychologist – Correctional/Detainee Services

About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to join our mental health team at a correctional facility in Eloy, AZ. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about providing high-quality care in an institutional setting.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychological screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and record reviews.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services.
- Make rounds in segregation/segregated housing units to assess mental health needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, physicians, and social workers to ensure integrated care.
- Consult with staff to address behavior escalations and mental health concerns.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or Forensic Psychology.
- Active Arizona Psychologist license (or ability to obtain).
- Experience in correctional, detention, or institutional settings preferred.
- Strong diagnostic, treatment, and teamwork skills.
