As we expand across multiple states, our growth strategy focuses on strengthening partnerships with Regional Centers and expanding our participation in In-Home Senior Services coupled with Medicare Waiver programs.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to drive growth in California and open new markets across the western region. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our expansion in the Senior Care division, grow our Medicare Waiver program footprint, and secure key Regional Center contracts. If you have a deep understanding of the senior care services industry, a proven history of new Business Development, exceeding sales goals, and the ability to forge lasting partnerships, we want to hear from you. KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Lead the charge in identifying, pursuing, and securing high-value business opportunities with Regional Centers and through Medicare Waiver programs across targeted states.
  • Build Impactful Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with Regional Centers, healthcare providers, and state agencies to position the company as a preferred service provider.
  • Lead Sales Excellence: Design and execute strategic sales initiatives that consistently meet—and exceed—growth targets while expanding our service reach.
  • Close High-Value Deals: Take the lead in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and long-term business success with key partners.
  • Stay Ahead of the Market: Conduct in-depth research to track industry trends, monitor competitors, and pinpoint untapped growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and maintain full compliance with state-specific regulations.
  • Deliver Insightful Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven sales reports, pipeline updates, and accurate revenue forecasts to guide business decisions..

REQUIRMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the healthcare service industry, with direct experience working with Care Coordination of Senior Services, Regional Centers and Medicare Waiver programs.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and state-level healthcare structures.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Skills:

-Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals

-Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

-Strong strategic planning and market analysis abilities

-Self-starter able to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
