Role Overview

The Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This position requires a compassionate and knowledgeable individual committed to delivering exceptional nursing services and ensuring the wellness and comfort of patients.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.


• Monitor and record patient vital signs, behavior, and responses to treatment.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.


• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care plans.


• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.


• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards of care, promoting a safe healthcare environment.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.


• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.


• Previous clinical experience in a nursing role is advantageous.


• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred based on unit needs.
