We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in the Hialeah / Miami Lakes, Florida area. This is a critical-need position and is a great opportunity for a PT looking to secure a South Florida assignment quickly.

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and mobility interventions.
• Help patients improve strength, endurance, safety, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility strategies and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Florida PT license required.
• BLS required.
• Rehabilitation or post-acute experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills preferred.
