Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The primary responsibility will encompass evaluating patients, formulating treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing patients' independence in daily living skills.

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals


• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans


• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner


• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members


• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)


• Active state Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain)


• Strong clinical skills, documentation capabilities, and communication skills
